Our role as an intermediary

Professional minibus hire services across Germany for airport transfers, corporate travel, sightseeing tours, weddings, events and private group transportation with experienced drivers. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask coach and car-with-driver companies that hold the authorisation the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) requires, and are insured, to price it, and we pass the trip to the partner whose quote you accept. We are not a transport company ourselves: we own no vehicles and employ no drivers. The partner provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the transport under its own responsibility.

We arrange transport services, not package travel within the meaning of sections 651a and following of the BGB.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as you described it. It states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares and entry or access charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is binding only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the partner and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Contracts for the carriage of passengers carry no statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (section 312(2) no. 14 BGB). The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

What we need from you

Give correct addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times, which shape how long a travel day can be.

Responsibility for the trip

The partner is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging and handling your booking with care. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only so far as it does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
