What we collect
Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or sailing details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who tell us only whether the payment went through.
Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to quote, arrange and discuss your trip (a contract or steps before one, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to meet accounting and tax obligations (a legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); to run the site securely and improve it (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and for marketing only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time for the future.
Health information, such as accessibility needs, is used only to find a suitable vehicle, and only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Who receives it
The partners who quote or carry out your trip; payment, email and hosting providers acting on our behalf and on our instructions; authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data goes to a country outside the European Economic Area, we protect the transfer as the GDPR requires (Art. 44 and following), for example through an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to provide the service. We then delete or anonymise it, unless commercial or tax law requires us to keep it for longer (in particular section 257 of the Commercial Code, HGB, and section 147 of the Fiscal Code, AO).
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw a consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise these rights, email minibushiregermany@pm.me.
